Special Guest: Michelle Poole is a career and leadership coach who is passionate about re-invigorating the hearts and minds of the people with whom she works. She is co-owner of Coaching 4 Good and Wolfgang Career Coaching, two organizations that transforms lives, careers and communities by providing customized coaching and personal and professional development services to individuals and organizations. Prior to becoming a coach she had a successful 15+ year career in Human Resources.
Michelle holds a BS in Sociology and is addicted to learning. As a result, she’s certified as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coach Federation, a Professional Human Resources (PHR), Meyers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) practitioner, Professional Career Manager (PCM) and a Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator. Michelle lives in Austin, Texas with her husband, two kids, and numerous bicycles.
